Alice Yuhasz
Alice, her husband Bill and family moved to Port Angeles from New Jersey fourteen years ago when Bill retired with a disability. They have two children, Jeff, who graduated from the University of Washington Law School and works in Seattle. He lives in Bothell with his wife Cindy and daughter Kandi. Their daughter Amy is a Special Education Teacher at Dry Creek School and lives in Port Angeles with her son Carl.
Alice has worked at Landmark since 1992. In 1998, Alice and Janet Stevenson purchased the company from Ann Cline, the founder of Landmark. Alice’s responsibilities at the office include Office Administrator, Receptionist and Storage Units Manager.
Ann Cline
Ann started the Landmark offices in 1986, beginning with the first office in Sequim, and seeing the need for an additional location, opened an office in Port Angeles later that same year. After selling both businesses to agents within the business, Ann continued to work in the Port Angeles office full-time until 2001. Since then, she and her husband, Fred, have become Snowbirds for the winter months, but she continues to work part-time the rest of the year. She gives support and uses her extensive knowledge of property management to aid the agents, owners and tenants.
Janet Stevenson
Janet and her husband Dave came to Port Angeles in 1991, with their three daughters. Janet is native Texan, but has grown to love the Northwest and especially the Olympic Peninsula and its natural beauty. At that time, she began working as a rental agent for the company. In 1998, she partnered with Alice Yuhasz to purchase the business and changed its name to Properties by Landmark, Inc. Now as broker of the company, she wears many hats in respect to managing her own rental accounts as well as monitoring and taking a close hands-on approach with the other agents and all the accounts managed in the office. Also, in keeping active with the community, Janet is a member of the Red Coats, Chamber of Commerce, Olympic Peninsula Rental Association, Port Angeles Board of Realtors, and her many activities with her children and church .
Jennifer Parker
I joined the staff of Properties by Landmark, Inc. in November of 1998. My introduction to managing property was in assisting both Janet and Ann with the many hats that we wear, and learning about the business. I obtained my real estate license in February of 1999. Ann slowly let the reins go as my experience grew and now she continues on as my assistant and mentor.
My husband Rick and I relocated from Superior, Montana in 1998. My work experience has always been in customer service, my last being with the Mineral County Treasures Office.
Sandra Miller
My roots are based in Minnesota where I grew up spending my youth on our farm and my high school years playing sports and being involved in most any activity.
After that, I attended Mankato State University and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. The move to Washington was the result of three years, active duty in the Army and two years, Army National Guard.
Thereafter, I moved to the Peninsula. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent with the company since 1990 and work directly with over 50+ clients from all over the US (and a few foreign countries) and handle all property management aspects of over 100+ residential and commercial units.
In this job, I’ve had the opportunity to see a lot (sometimes more than I want to), learn a lot (if I have to) and change a lot (sometimes not always the easiest). Along the way, I’ve worked with some incredible people. A wonderful husband, a sense of humor and faith in God gets me through it all.
I strive to be a hard-working, competent person of integrity, being open to grow and change and look forward to helping you with your rental or management needs.
