Properties by Landmark Inc.

The only full-time Property Management company in Port Angeles

Our Staff

Janet Stevenson

Janet, and her husband David, came to Port Angeles in 1991, with their three daughters. Janet is a native Texan, but has grown to love the Northwest, and especially the Olympic Peninsula and its natural beauty. At that time, she began working as a rental agent for the company. In 1998, she partnered with Alice Yuhasz to purchase the business and changed its name to Properties by Landmark, Inc. Now as broker of the company, she wears many hats in respect to managing her own rental accounts as well as monitoring and taking a close hands-on approach with the other agents and all the accounts managed in the office. Also, in keeping active with the community, Janet is a member of the Red Coats, Chamber of Commerce, Olympic Peninsula Rental Association, Port Angeles Board of Realtors, and her many activities with family and church, which her husband pastors. Now, with three grown daughters and five grandchildren, her life remains interesting.

Jennifer Parker

I joined the staff of Properties by Landmark, Inc. in November of 1998. My introduction to managing property was in assisting both Janet and Ann with the many hats that we wear, and learning about the business. I obtained my real estate license in February of 1999. Ann slowly let the reins go as my experience grew and now she continues on as my assistant and mentor. My husband Rick and I relocated from Superior, Montana in 1998. My work experience has always been in customer service, my last being with the Mineral County Treasures Office.

Sandra Miller

My Roots are based in Minnesota, where I grew up spending my youth on our farm and my high school years playing sports and being involved in most any activity. After that, I attended Mankato State University and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. The move to Washington was the result of three years, active duty in the Army and two years, Army National Guard. Thereafter, I moved to the Peninsula. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent with the company since 1990 and work directly with seventy plus clients from all over the US (and a few foreign countries) and handle all property management aspects of over one hundred sixty plus residential and commercial units. In this job, I’ve had the opportunity to see a lot (sometimes more than I want to), learn a lot (if I have to) and change a lot (sometimes not always the easiest). Along the way, I’ve worked with some incredible people. A wonderful husband, a sense of humor and my faith in Jesus anchors me. Living amongst gray sky weather and now with gray hairs on my head, I still try to keep a colorful perspective on life through it all. I strive to be a hard-working, competent person of integrity and look forward to helping you with your rental or management needs.

Summer Schneider

Summer and her family came to the Olympic Peninsula April 2007 from New Mexico. She was born and raised in Central Washington, living in the same house until moving for college in 2000. She spent almost four years at Washington State University, finishing with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While in college, she married her husband, who commissioned into the Air Force, and they moved to Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. In 2007, her husband switched to the inactive ready reserve with the Air Force allowing them to relocate to the Peninsula. She has two boys she loves spending time with and enjoys being in the great outdoors. Summer started working at Properties by Landmark, Inc. January 2008 and became a licensed real estate agent shortly after.

Natasha Stevenson

I moved to Port Angeles when I was 2 years old, so my dad could take over as a pastor of Grace Baptist Church. I went to Olympic Christian School from 4th grade all the way through High School. I graduated in 2007 and from there started my real estate classes online, using Rockwell Institute. My interest in real estate started at a young age, due to my mother being in the property management field. Over the years, I picked up a lot of my knowledge just from her and the company she works at. I went to showings; I sat at her desk listening to conversations and helped her out with simple tasks after school. My junior year, I started working for Landmark’s bookkeeper and gained some knowledge on that end of the business. I completed Rockwell in 2008. In 2009, I welcomed a beautiful little boy, and now I am working full time as a real estate assistant, until obtain my license.
