Commercial property is totally a different market than residential. Clients that are looking in the commercial market are expecting to sign a longer term lease and with different goals and objectives. They are looking for a place to run and conduct a business and to make it be a place they can perform and manage careers. We are keenly aware of what commercial properties are renting for in different areas of town and what the terms of most leases will bear and the knowledge that everything is negotiable in the commercial market. We manage leases, maintenance and tenant issues just as in residential, but the clients have different expectations than that of residential. We have, in our portfolio, single tenant properties, as well as multi-tenant commercial properties. Each and every one is different, but a professional property manager can allow the freedom you need and the space from your property that gives you, as the owner, a fresh objective of how to handle your investment.

Storage Units

We also manage storage units. They, again, have a very diverse clientele than any other kind of property that we manage, with very different goals. Many times, they are shorter term tenants and need very little attention, but the financial investment is just as important and is handled as such. Making sure that the move-in and move-out goes smoothly and all rent is collected is a large part of this task. We are prepared to make this as smooth as possible.
